Keith is the General Manager and General Counsel of Camelot Illinois, overseeing the day-to-day operations and providing strategic leadership. As the General Manager and General Counsel, Keith advises Camelot Illinois on its legal and regulatory commitments, while leading various other areas of the business including procurement, litigation, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Camelot Illinois, Keith was General Counsel for the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer, Deputy General Counsel for the Office of the Governor of Illinois, a litigator at two large law firms, and a management consultant at a Big Four firm.
As the Vice President of People and Culture, Lynette is responsible for providing a "best-in-class" people, culture and HR operational strategy that supports Camelot Illinois goals and drives meaningful results. She manages a team of human resources professionals whose goal is to find, keep and grow talent while fostering an inclusive workplace. Lynette has over 15 years of experience in HR across various industries.
As Vice President of Business Operations, Gareth oversees the Lottery’s technology and digital operations including all web, mobile app and e-commerce functions. With responsibility for generating revenue and growth, creating the overall strategic vision for the Illinois Lottery brand and driving product and marketing communications to increase sales. Gareth brings extensive experience in digital, marketing and player communications and previously led the digital business for Camelot in the U.K, delivering $645 million growth over four years to a $2.2 billion business. He previously held senior digital and commercial positions in British Gas, Centrica and The Automobile Association in the U.K.
As Vice President of Strategy and Insights, Kelsey is responsible for leading business planning, organizational execution and insights. Kelsey is delivering an Annual Business Plan that outlines Camelot Illinois’ strategy to operate the Illinois Lottery each fiscal year. In her role, Kelsey works with various teams to ensure the company is delivering on the plan’s commitments. Prior to joining Camelot Illinois, Kelsey worked as a management consultant with Alvarez & Marsal, where she worked with clients across industries to deliver performance improvement initiatives.
Reporting to and collaborating with the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, Andrew is responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating the overall corporate strategy of Camelot Illinois with an emphasis on bottom line performance and enhancing value to the Illinois Lottery.
As Vice President of Product, Tina owns the delivery of the product strategy and product launches to satisfy and grow consumer demand. Tina and her team concentrate on the consumer understanding of benefits that the Lottery generates for society and broadening the appeal of lottery games through product and experience innovation. Tina has more than 10 years of experience focused on product, organizational change, and lottery.
As Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Emilia leads Camelot's strategy in relation to public relations, government relations, public affairs, and corporate social responsibility. Emilia has over a decade's experience in the lottery industry driving regulatory change, implementing world class responsible gaming programs, and producing award-winning community and PR campaigns.
James is a successful international business leader that has built and led companies in London, Singapore and Auckland. James has also spent over 20 years as a strategic advisor to C-suites and Boards, delivering management consulting across a spectrum of specialities all across the world and in virtually every sector. James has also advised Governments and NGOs. James has recently worked as Managing Director Reputation Institute UK and Middle East, Managing Partner Leo Burnett Asia Pacific and Managing Director Interbrand New Zealand. He has led transformation projects with global companies including Samsung, P&G, McDonalds, Petronas and Emirates.
Mark is responsible for strategically growing Camelot Illinois’ digital objectives on behalf of the Illinois Lottery. His role is essential in enhancing the player's journey and developing a digital platform roadmap for data connectedness and optimal omnichannel-player experience. Mark's background brings experience in creating digital direct marketing platforms for numerous industries, including financial services, communications, healthcare, CPG and education.
As Vice President of Retail Sales, Tom leads the Camelot Illinois Sales organization. Tom and his team are maximizing the responsible growth of the Illinois Lottery, working in partnership with a network of 7,000 Retailers, and with The State of Illinois. Tom is building best practice organizational capabilities that leverage actionable insights to drive mutual growth for Camelot Illinois, the Retail Network, and The State of Illinois. Tom has 25 years of experience in Consumer Goods and Retail, leading organizations to build trust and expand partnerships with their largest customers, producing mutual wins and sustainable growth. He previously held Sales leadership positions with IRI, Kantar, and Unilever.
